More About Me

About me

I am a multi-state real estate professional, investor, and community advocate whose career has been shaped as much by discipline and detail as by vision. A proud girl dad, Brad is passionate about showing his daughter—and others—that leadership, opportunity, and generosity belong to everyone.

He is the founder of Louisville’s Great Chili Cook-Off, an annual fall event held in NuLu that brings the city together for a great cause. What began as a simple idea has grown into a signature Louisville event, raising more than $30,000 for Norton Children’s Hospital, directly supporting children and families throughout the region.

Before real estate, Brad spent 14 years in management with UPS, where he developed a deep respect for structure, precision, and accountability. During that time, he earned his Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) ratings, an aviation maintenance degree, and his FAA pilot certification—experiences that reinforced a core belief he carries into every transaction today: procedures matter, and details matter even more.

Those aviation and operations-driven principles translated naturally into real estate, allowing Brad to remain highly organized, communicate clearly, and guide clients through complex decisions with confidence and transparency. He is a licensed real estate professional in Kentucky, Indiana, and Florida, and an experienced investor in multifamily properties and luxury vacation rentals, including waterfront homes across multiple states.

Real estate has taken Brad far from his beginnings as a South End kid riding to school in his dad’s baby-blue Volkswagen—opening doors to places and opportunities he once never imagined. Yet he remains firmly grounded in the values Louisville instilled in him: hard work, humility, and service.

Whether building wealth through real estate, mentoring clients, or giving back to the community that shaped him, Brad believes true success is measured not only by what you build—but by who you help along the way.
